Why the usual carpet cleaning falls short here
Most carpet cleaners around Houston run hot-water extraction, which means blasting the carpet and pad with hot water and trying to vacuum it back out. We sit right on the Gulf Coast, and that leftover moisture can hang around for a full day. Mildew gets a foothold, and the detergent left behind in the fibers starts pulling new dirt back in within a few weeks.
We run a low-moisture clean instead. The carbonating solution loosens dirt and allergens at the fiber, then we lift it away before the pad ever gets soaked. There's no soap in it, no fragrance, nothing harsh that pets or kids would react to. Rooms are usually walkable again about an hour after we finish.
The way we handle a job
The price gets quoted flat, right over the phone. Once we're at your door, we walk every room with you and lock in that number before a single hose comes inside. If something turns up that we didn't expect, say a pet stain hiding under the sofa, we tell you what it runs and you decide. Nothing lands on the invoice unless you sign off on it first.
